She is often quoted as saying, “Kindness, don’t just do it…. LIVE IT!”

Jon Carmichael
Astrophotographer Jon Carmichael captivated the world when he unveiled his image of “108”, The Great American Eclipse from an airplane at 39,000 feet after years of meticulous planning. The thrilling story behind the photograph and the shocking challenges he overcame has inspired audiences worldwide.
Beyond his photography, Jon is a pilot and charismatic speaker – sharing stories of connection and the pursuit of dreams – igniting audiences with curiosity, ambition, and a will to persevere.

Kyle Scheel
If there’s one belief that is holding you back from getting the most out of your team, it’s this one: some people are creative, and some people aren’t. That belief is based on outdated ideas about what creativity means, where it comes from, and who gets to harness it.
The truth is, creativity is a skill like any other: it can be learned.
In the same way that we teach team members how to track expenses, process invoices, and jiggle the lock just right to get into the supply closet, we can teach them how to be more creative, how to have better ideas, and how to build a culture where innovation is a natural byproduct.
With his humor and heart, Kyle will inspire us to tap into our innate creativity, chase our own crazy ideas, and make the world a better, weirder place.
