Attend Dentistry’s #1 Team Building & Learning Experience

Every Year, Our Community Gathers Face to Face to Share and Grow!

Dentistry can be a lonely profession. One reason the Crown Council exists is to create a “mastermind” of like-minded dental professionals who share great ideas. Over the years, community membership becomes one of your most valuable assets—not only for practice growth and career satisfaction, but also for your personal wellbeing.

The Annual Event provides an opportunity for community members to learn something while they are there, to feel something while they are there, but most importantly to leave the event motivated to do something different. Crown Council practices report that the impact of the annual event on greater team unity and performance lasts all year long.

Schedule of Events:

Speaker Bios:

Ryan Campbell

Dive into the joy-fueled resilience hidden in our hobbies, interests, and simple pleasures.  In a fast-paced world where our challenges are relentless and solutions seem out of reach, Ryan delivers a message of accessible, attainable change.

From the highs of a world record-breaking expedition to the most unimaginable low of a plane crash and paraplegic diagnosis, Ryan uses his story to highlight the realities of adversity and the role of resilience.

What’s Your Pink Cadillac? uncovers the most unexpected, transformational tool discovered in the most unexpected place, the purchase of a 1960 Pink Cadillac.  Get ready to smile like a kid, step back, and show up better.

Orly Wahba

Orly began her career in Kindness as a Middle School educator at the Yeshivah of Flatbush in Brooklyn, NY, teaching the children to embrace unity, build their self-esteem, and use the power they have to influence the world for good.  Orly is well known for incorporating and integrating ideas of kindness, love and respect in the hearts and minds of her students both in and out of the classroom setting.  She is often quoted as saying, “Kindness, don’t just do it…. LIVE IT!”

Orly is an educator, entrepreneur, author, inspirational speaker and community activist passionate about sharing her message that….KINDNESS is the secret ingredient that makes life worth living.

Jon Carmichael

Astrophotographer Jon Carmichael captivated the world when he unveiled his image of “108”, The Great American Eclipse from an airplane at 39,000 feet after years of meticulous planning.  The thrilling story behind the photograph and the shocking challenges he overcame has inspired audiences worldwide.

Beyond his photography, Jon is a pilot and charismatic speaker – sharing stories of connection and the pursuit of dreams – igniting audiences with curiosity, ambition, and a will to persevere.

Kyle Scheel

If there’s one belief that is holding you back from getting the most out of your team, it’s this one:  some people are creative, and some people aren’t. That belief is based on outdated ideas about what creativity means, where it comes from, and who gets to harness it.

The truth is, creativity is a skill like any other: it can be learned.

In the same way that we teach team members how to track expenses, process invoices, and jiggle the lock just right to get into the supply closet, we can teach them how to be more creative, how to have better ideas, and how to build a culture where innovation is a natural byproduct.

With his humor and heart, Kyle will inspire us to tap into our innate creativity, chase our own crazy ideas, and make the world a better, weirder place.

Steven J. Anderson

Steven J. Anderson is an internationally known business strategist, entrepreneur, author and in-demand speaker. His mission is to energize growth and action in people’s lives and businesses. He is known for his innovative data-driven systems of communication to create profitable, positive service-focused organizations, many in leading health care practices and allied companies. He has also founded more than a dozen growing and diversifying businesses, including the Total Patient Service Institute, Keystone Dental Management, and Crown Council. He has propelled numerous clients to the highest levels of performance and workplace morale.

For over thirty years, Steve has spoken at major industry meetings and conventions around the world. He’s conducted hundreds of seminars, and worked with thousands of businesses and organizations to increase their productivity and profits. His combination of systems, high energy, humor, and every-day application, make him one of the highest-rated speakers at every venue where he appears
