Dentistry can be a lonely profession. One reason the Crown Council exists is to create a “mastermind” of like-minded dental professionals who share great ideas. The Annual Event provides an opportunity for community members to learn something while they are there, to feel something while they are there, but most importantly to leave the event motivated to do something different. Go to >RSVP as soon as possible.  We need your attendee names, phone numbers, email and shirt sizes! This helps us communicate with you and your team so that we can help you have the most incredible event experience.

#2- MAKE YOUR AIRLINE RESERVATIONS

Make your airline reservations into the Nashville, TN airport.  Be sure to arrive early enough on Wednesday or Thursday for you to enjoy event check-in and to do something fun with your team.

Submit Award Nominations by November 30th, 2026 by going to “>Recognize your Doctor or Team”.

(If you don’t want to be bored during any award recognition throughout the event, then nominate your team members, team, or doctor for an award.  It sure is much more fun to anticipate someone on your team getting recognized!  Although we are all busy, it is worth the effort and time to make some nominations!  Your team or doctor will never forget being recognized on stage!)

#5- FINISH YOUR QUALIFIED MEMBERSHIP

If you choose to take the challenge to be a Crown Council Qualified Member, all certification for NEW or CONTINUING qualified members must be submitted online by November 30th, 2026. Go to www.crowncouncil.com, click on My Directory, and go to the Qualified Program.

Dust off the denim.  Break out the boots. Find that fringe.

Whether you’ve always wanted to be Dolly, Garth, Reba, Shania, Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, Faith Hill, George Strait, or another 90’s country legend…. this is your chance!

Come dressed as your favorite 90’s country icon and get ready to sing every word, dance every dance, and celebrate like you’re headlining the biggest show in Nashville.

This is going to be an evening filled with good food, celebration, music, laughter, prizes, dancing, and gratitude as we recognize those who have changed lives through Smiles for Life.
