“Can I Pass Along Payment Processing Fees?”

We recently asked Crown Council members what their most pressing issues were in their practices, and one that repeatedly came up was payment processing and fees. It’s no surprise—with increasing processing rates and the ongoing transition to a nearly cashless patient base, it’s a concern that probably crosses your mind every time you see a transaction happen at your front desk.
