Jan 07, 2026

The 2026 Crown Council Annual Event in Salt Lake City, Utah is only a few days away, and we couldn’t be more excited to meet again face-to-face to learn, uplift, recognize, and have fun together with our amazing members!

The Crown Council puts months of work every year into choosing speakers for the Annual Event—speakers that exemplify the Crown Council values of putting people first, building success, and doing good. We’re excited to give you a short preview here of this year’s speakers and the concepts you’ll take home to apply in your practice!

Ryan Campbell

Dive into the joy-fueled resilience hidden in our hobbies, interests, and simple pleasures. In a fast-paced world where our challenges are relentless and solutions seem out of reach, Ryan delivers a message of accessible, attainable change.

From the highs of a world record-breaking expedition to the most unimaginable low of a plane crash and paraplegic diagnosis, Ryan uses his story to highlight the realities of adversity and the role of resilience.

“What’s Your Pink Cadillac?” uncovers the most unexpected, transformational tool discovered in the most unexpected place, the purchase of a 1960 Pink Cadillac. Get ready to smile like a kid, step back, and show up better.

Orly Wahba

Orly began her career in Kindness as a Middle School educator at the Yeshivah of Flatbush in Brooklyn, NY, teaching the children to embrace unity, build their self-esteem, and use the power they have to influence the world for good. Orly is well known for incorporating and integrating ideas of kindness, love and respect in the hearts and minds of her students both in and out of the classroom setting. She is often quoted as saying, “Kindness, don’t just do it... LIVE IT!”

Orly is an educator, entrepreneur, author, inspirational speaker and community activist passionate about sharing her message that KINDNESS is the secret ingredient that makes life worth living.

Jon Carmichael

Imagine capturing the greatest photograph ever taken from a plane — one image so audacious, it changed how people see possibility. That’s exactly what astrophotographer Jon Carmichael did when he revealed “108,” his signature composite image of the Great American Eclipse — shot from 39,000 feet mid-flight.

Jon’s story isn’t just about astrophotography — it’s a roadmap for pushing limits, unifying vision, and redefining what’s possible in your practice. As a pilot, storyteller, and innovator, he’ll take us behind the scenes on the epic planning, impossible coordination, and fear-defying leaps of faith that made “108” real (including convincing a Southwest flight crew to perform aerial turns mid-eclipse so he could stitch together a full 180° panorama).

Jon’s talk will challenge your assumptions: What if the barrier is not the camera, but the vision? What if your next frontier is aligning your whole team’s trajectory so perfectly that your “photo” — your results — come into focus?

This is the moment you’ll want your team in the room when Jon Carmichael walks onstage. His story will stay with you — and spark transformation in your practice and your life.

Kyle Scheele

If there’s one belief that is holding you back from getting the most out of your team, it’s this one: some people are creative, and some people aren’t. That belief is based on outdated ideas about what creativity means, where it comes from, and who gets to harness it. The truth is, creativity is a skill like any other: it can be learned.

In the same way that we teach team members how to track expenses, process invoices, and jiggle the lock just right to get into the supply closet, we can teach them how to be more creative, how to have better ideas, and how to build a culture where innovation is a natural byproduct.

With his humor and heart, Kyle will inspire us to tap into our innate creativity, chase our own crazy ideas, and make the world a better, weirder place.
